We engaged Edgeline Planners when we relocated to our new home and Sevon was recommended to us by a friend who was a very happy client because of her design and professionalism.
Best decision ever!!! Sevon was very patient and her design ideas were very practical and gave us tips as well on the colors and materials that will blend well with the theme we chose (modern minimalist). She also followed up with the suppliers without us having to remind her and her timing on when the unit turnover can be done was spit on.
We will not hesitate to use Sevon again and I will encourage my friends who will be needing ID services to engage Edgeline Planners, especially Sevon.

Decided to write a good review and send my appreciation to my ID - Sevon Tan. No regrets for choosing her to design, overseeing the entire renovation work for my new hse. In terms of pricing, Egdeline Planners may not be the cheapest among the rest of Reno companies which had provided their respective quotations. My view is that what impt is the worksmanship n responsibilty to rectify issues n problem solving. Edgeline Planners do have their own workers, be it - carpenters plumpers, painters. This make it easy for ID to direct liaise with them to ensure better renovation quality.
I am impressed by ID Sevon who had even assisted to do post cleaning after the completion of my reno work. This is to highlight that she had accidentally damaged small part of the cabinet laminate, which she suggested few solutions to rectify the issues without incurring any charges to owner. Reno are borne to face some challenges, I am really glad and grateful to have ID Sevon to be ard to assist my family for the entire reno journey.
Once again Sevon - thanks much for your help!!! Your design received many good compliments from my relatives, friends and even new neighbours. Thumbs up !!!

Our thanks to Irene and her team for the superb design and workmanship. Her design was quietly intriguing with clever, tasteful use of textures and colors. Up close, the movement from one material, surface or color to another was not jarring but unexpectedly captivating. "Hey that's a nice touch", and comments like that were often heard from our guests.
We gave Irene the tough job of incorporating voluminous storage in limited space. From afar, the large fixtures blended comfortably into the rooms. Our fear of monstrous cabinets taking up much of a room was uncalled for. More than one friend asked if the developers provided the cabinets, and some walked passed the large shoe cabinets without even noticing. As we have heard previously, the carpentry works were of very high standards - the tedious cuts, grooves, lamination were not shoddy but professionally delivered.😁

The renovation was completed and we shifted on 31 Dec 2020. Throughout the planning, design and selection of materials, both Angie and Darren were patience, giving advice in the functionality and out weighing the pros and cons of design and good colour coordination. The overall of the renovation was a pleasant experience and we are glad to have chosen Edgeline to help us renovate our house of 19 years. The outcome won many compliments from friends who visited us. We worked with Irene Ho for our home renovation and were very glad we did! We went with Irene after hearing a strong testimonial from a friend on their own renovation, and Irene certainly lives up to her reputation.
We had some clear ideas about what we wanted but were also not sure about a lot of aspects of our end goal, and Irene managed to strike a good balance between combining what we wanted with her own sense of design and practicality. She would often provide solid suggestions on color and other elements such as the placement of lighting, which helped a lot.
Additionally, she maintained great communication throughout the whole process and kept us up to date on what was going on and what would happen next. When we provided feedback on parts of the renovation works, she would respond promptly and coordinate touch-ups and other improvements very quickly. Overall, I think she made the renovation process smooth, efficient, and mostly stress-free!

Sevon is a star! She is one of our blessings when we got our first home in Singapore. She helped my husband create a design that’s not only practical but most of all beautiful. We have not had a single guest in our home who didn’t like the renovation of our place. She knows how to listen very well and execute your vision well. She gave input and work hand in hand with my husband who is really meticulous himself.
She was very hands on. There was no day we visited the site that we didn’t see her there making sure that everything is in order. She delivered it on time and exceeding our expectations. Even for the warranty period, she was very efficient ensuring everything was working well and touched up whatever was needed. Really happy with her service.

I think Edgeline Planners does brilliant carpentry works. I totally love it; good quality and looks great. Sevon was the ID for my renovation project and I thank her for being able to understand my requirements and working around my budget. She always reminded me of the deadlines to meet; whether it’s a SP power appointment to make, or choosing/delivery of materials; she made sure we ran on schedule. In fact, we were well ahead. I got Darren as my ID to design my new resale home for me, and he did not disappoint. In actual fact, he way exceeded my expectations.
Dealing with renovations during a pandemic like this isn’t easy and Darren delivered with excellence! Having to handle the entire house by himself, liaising with electricians, carpenters, painters and etc isn’t an easy job but yet he did it all, i think that speaks volume on what a fantastic project manager he can be. Having that patience in dealing with such things is a virtue and Darren definitely has that.
During the course of renovation, Darren always ensured i was in the loop on how the progress is like. He kept me updated throughout and that gave me the assurance that my new house was in good hands! Effective communication is key, especially when dealing with customers and Darren definitely did just that.
The timeframe that I gave Darren was pretty tight to be honest, but yet, he managed to deliver, and the outcome way exceeded my expectations. I cannot thank him enough for the amazing job he has done on making this dream home of mine come to fruition.
Being an ID is no easy job, but Darren executed my plan perfectly. Patient, responsible, creative, are just a few superlatives i can describe him and i know there can be more. But all in all, Darren has done an amazing job with my house, that is undeniable. He thoroughly deserves this review and it’s a recognition in his ability as an amazing ID. We stepped into Edgeline's office at IMM in the hope of getting our two toilets renovated and we were not disappointed! Our ID, Sako was extremely helpful and patient with our requests.
